.The Merida New Consulate Compound (NCC) includes a new Consulate office building, MCAC, CCAC, SCAC, Utility buildings, Staff, Official, and Visitor Parking, Warehouse, Pool and Cabana. The NCC site is a 7-acre rectangular and generally flat parcel of land within a 60-acre mixed-use master planned community, including retail, office, residential, and recreational space. The site is a brownfield site as it was a former industrial land for steel manufacturing. It is located approximately 5km from the existing U.S. Consulate in Merida.This position functions as the Mechanical Engineer, providing OBO/Merida a full range of critical engineering and construction quality assurance and management and technical oversight of the Merida NCC Project
