Partner with the bestExecute the design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to industry and business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.As a Mechanical Engineer to Design wellheads and Christmas tree equipment for the Oil & Gas industry, you will be responsible for:Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes for the Oil & Gas industry, e.G. wellheads and flow control equipment.Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders.Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations. Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.Be fluent in English and SpanishHave at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development preferably of wellheads and Christmas tree equipment for the Oil & Gas industryDemonstrate hands on experience using API 6A standard.Demonstrate strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including statics, strength of materials, and materials science.Have understanding of GD&T principles, ASME Y14.5-1994/2009, and tolerance stack up analysis.Have proficiency in CAD software (Pro-E/CREO, AutoCAD), simulation tools (ANSYS, others), and math calculations software (Mathcad, others).Be familiar with the use of PLM software, preferably Teamcenter.
