Essity B 302.2 (+3.3 SEK) on 23-Nov-2024 17:29Responsibilities:Ensures the availability of technical documentation.Review corrective and preventive maintenance activities.Apply DDS (continuous improvement cycle) and root cause analysis, as well as other problem-solving tools to reduce chronic losses in your Business Unit and generate new standards that feed the systems.Coordinates mechanical support team activities for restoration requirements on production lines as well as the repair of spare parts equipment.Responsible for analyzing losses in its Business Unit due to chronic mechanical failures.Monitor and optimize the maintenance budget by prioritizing preventive and predictive maintenance within your Business Unit.Participates in FMEA analysis (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), JSP (Job Safety Procedure), RCA (Root Cause Analysis).Responsible for mechanical equipment in improvement projects, assembly and disassembly of equipment as well as elimination of risks attributed to safety.Provides support, training, and advice to RST mechanics, operators, and personnel in their charge in the management of mechanical components of production lines.Who You Are:TeamworkFocused on resultsTroubleshootingFocused on actionPreferably 4 years of experience in operations/manufacturing, projects, or similar.Higher level preferred: University studies in mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, or related engineering, preferably with a degree.Knowledge and Management:Interpretation of mechanical and pneumatic drawings.Management of maintenance plans and their budget.Failure analysis through root cause analysis methodologies.SAP PM Module.What We Can Offer You:Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
