Proactively drive capacity planning through innovative demand sourcing.
Issue resolution or conflict resolution.Financial Accountability:Awareness of budget planand ensuring that daily management decision is aligned (Confidencial hours, OT, indirect vs direct), proactive mgt.
Awareness of Strategic Plans and their team-s responsibility r achieving those goals Managing Team and Individual expenses.
Manages workload to product budgets and risk mitigation.People Leadership:Remote Team Leadership at a high scale.

Lead Performance Improvement Plan initiatives.
