**Responsibilities**:- Change Request documentation- Instron- Insertion and extraction forces, Torque, etc- 3D modeling for prototype samples- Experimental testing for specific projects. i.E. Leak test, vibration, shock, thermal, etc- Report of findings to peers and customer- Product design and release- Support vehicle integration and concept development team- Assist senior engineers in completion of all tasks on PDP Design Review Checklists prior to reviews- Assist senior engineers with Mechanical Analysis and Design Verification activities**Basic Qualifications**:- B achelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering or in last semesters of their major- Advanced English**Preferred Qualifications**:- Internship on other companies working with suppliers to develop products- Demonstrates block concept in FEA modal simulation analysis(Ansys)- Knowledgeable of Rapid Prototyping & Production tooling techniques- Knowledgeable of design tolerances and GD&T- Ability to generate 3D concept design(Component Modeling, ASM Management and DRWG creation)- Proficiency with MS Office programs- AI coding a plus**Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv. **Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where everyone can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity, or beliefs.- **You can have an impact **.
