Their mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, they'll become the world's leading men's health brand.
ABOUT THE ROLE As Media Buyer, you'll work closely with the Head of Growth and CEO to own paid advertising strategy and execution across their acquisition channels.
You'll start by taking over management of our fast-scaling Meta accounts — auditing performance, working with creative agencies, and optimizing bids, budgets and creative for peak efficiency as we rapidly scale.
This is a full-time remote role.
RESPONSIBILITIES Optimize Meta campaigns:
Manage and maintain existing Meta campaigns.
Own campaign analytics and reporting to guide budget decisions.
Run A/B tests to improve campaign efficiency.
Manage creative agency relationships:
Oversee creative needs, feedback loops, and ensure high-performing ad content.
Sales pipeline collaboration:
Align ad targeting and messaging with sales goals to boost key metrics.
Expand new paid channels (Future):
Experiment with new platforms like Google Ads, Reddit, and TikTok.
REQUIREMENTS 5+ years managing and optimizing high-budget.
Strong working knowledge beyond Meta (Google Ads, YouTube, Native, etc).
Strong problem-solving, reporting, critical thinking and financial analysis skills.
Experience with methodical and creative A/B testing across targeting, creative, landing pages, and ad formats.
Nice to haveBackground identifying and optimizing next big opportunities (TikTok, in-game ads, streaming ads...)
Comfortably shift priorities and plans based on new data.
