The HP global inhouse media team is responsible for planning, buying, activating, and optimizing search, programmatic and biddable, and social advertising campaigns in multiple platforms. The Digital Media Operations Financial Analyst will provide support for operational and financial aspects within the Marketing& Global Functions Finance organization on behalf of the Americas region media team.This position will involve frequent communication with outside agency and media partners, media activation team, and other internal stakeholders who are based in the US, Canada, and various Latin America countries. Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish is required to provide quality service and support, drive overall efficiencies, and manage critical deliverables through effective time and program management.**Responsibilities and frequent deliverables may include, but are not limited to**:- Gather and analyze proof of performance documents for all media campaigns, including co-marketing partner reimbursements; troubleshoot and respond to inquiries from internal and external partners.- Provide support to team leads, such as with billing and operations management.- Drive deliverables with a focus on digital excellence, automation capabilities and expertise.- Support on time and on budget media execution working closely with media activation team and other internal stakeholders, such as extended finance colleagues, procurement, AP, and marketing, as well as coordinating requirements with external media partners.- Review, manage and utilize various systems and processes to enable end-to-end media execution and completion of required deliverables within expected deadlines.- Identify solutions for key system and process gaps.**Education and Experience Required**- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration or Communications.- 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, finance, and/or project management.- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc) and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.**Knowledge and Skills**- Working knowledge and/or experience of Finance & Marketing activities, practices, and procedures.- Functional understanding of the media buying eco-system.- Excellent written/oral communications skills in English and Spanish, including conducting presentations.- Self-starter with strong organization, program, and time management skills.- Ability to effectively manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and during frequent high-volume work cycles.- Analytic skills (measurement, ROI), expertise measuring and analyzing data and building models in Excel or other data visualization tools.- Strong attention to detail and cross-team collaboration and coordination.- Track record of setting goals, creating a plan, and getting results.- Experience in building and scaling digital processes and programs a plus.
