**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Course Instruction**:Deliver effective and engaging lectures, workshops, and hands-on activities to students in courses related to Anatomy & Physiology, Psychology of Success, Medical Terminology, Human Pathophysiology, and Math Skills (Dosage Calculations).
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- **Curriculum Development**:Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Design and administer assessments, quizzes, exams, and other evaluation tools to measure student progress and comprehension.
Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth.
- **Student Support**:Offer academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students, both in and out of the classroom.
Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Resource Management**:Manage classroom resources, equipment, and materials, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
- **Professional Development**:Stay current with developments in the medical field and educational best practices.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with fellow instructors, program directors, and support staff to facilitate a cohesive and efficient learning environment.
Maintain open and effective communication with students, colleagues, and university administration.
**Qualifications**:
- High level of English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant medical certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, Human Pathophysiology, and Dosage Calculations.

- Must have completed a Bachelor level education or higher
