**Job Summary****Only resumes in English will be considered****Key Responsibilities**:- **Course Instruction**:Deliver effective and engaging lectures, workshops, and hands-on activities to students in courses related to Anatomy & Physiology, Psychology of Success, Medical Terminology, Human Pathophysiology, and Math Skills (Dosage Calculations).Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.- **Curriculum Development**:Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create and update course materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.Integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.- **Assessment and Evaluation**:Design and administer assessments, quizzes, exams, and other evaluation tools to measure student progress and comprehension.Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth.- **Student Support**:Offer academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students, both in and out of the classroom.Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.- **Resource Management**:Manage classroom resources, equipment, and materials, ensuring a conducive learning environment.Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, grades, and student performance.- **Professional Development**:Stay current with developments in the medical field and educational best practices.- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with fellow instructors, program directors, and support staff to facilitate a cohesive and efficient learning environment.Maintain open and effective communication with students, colleagues, and university administration.**Qualifications**:- High level of English proficiency.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant medical certifications are a plus.- Strong knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology, Medical Terminology, Human Pathophysiology, and Dosage Calculations.- Effective communication and presentation skills.- Commitment to student success and fostering a positive learning experience.- Medical Terminology- Human Anatomy- Pharmacology- Infection Control- Vital Signs- Procedure/ Minor Surgery- Bandaging and Dressing Procedures- Requirements- Must have completed a Bachelor level education or higher- At least 3 years of related medical experience**Benefits****We will help you obtain a work permit to be able to work in the U.S.A under TN Visa**- Competitive Salary- Paid Time Off- Health Insurance Plans- 401KPay: From $650,000.00 per year**Education**:- Master's (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
