.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Utilize proficient understanding of CPT & ICD-10 coding and medical billing procedures to accurately prepare and submit medical insurance claims.- Demonstrate knowledge of insurance claim submission processes and reimbursement practices to ensure timely reimbursement.- Verify and review claim information for completeness and compliance with billing regulations.- Record and reconcile payments received from insurance companies and patients.- Ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments in the billing system.- Collaborate effectively with team members, insurance companies, and patients to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.- Managing insurance and patient Accounts Receivable (A/R), resolving billing discrepancies, addressing insurance denials and rejections by sending claims for reprocessing and/or submitting corrected claims/appeals as necessary.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a medical biller.- Proficient understanding of CPT & ICD-10 coding and medical billing procedures.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in claims processing.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written).- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient data confidentiality- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with mínimal supervision- High school diploma or equivalent- Willing to work in the Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST).- With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps.**Benefits**:- Competitive Compensation: Earn a salary rate per hour of $6 for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week based on your experience and skills.
