Provides information on research developments, and new concepts in medical treatment, giving perspective to field activities associated with growing existing products, and bringing new products to market.The Opportunity:Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the Health ecosystem.Support clinical development initiatives.Collaborate with physicians on medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education opportunities, training, and speaker development.Serve as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal partners.Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product information.Communicate clinical insights on new data to the company Medical Affairs and to inform medical strategy for the affiliate.Train internal partners on key scientific and medical topics in relevant therapeutic areas.Develop an understanding of the regional landscape including specialties involved in care of patients.Maintain effective and appropriate communication among internal partners while maintaining full compliance with relevant requirements.Generate tactical plans to provide needs-based, improved support of the medical and scientific community in-line with company goals.Use systems to strategically map, identify, profile and prioritize thought leaders in line with the medical plan and goals.Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of MSL activities.Establish and maintain network connections to increase potential and prioritize patient impact.Integrate insights and data from the healthcare ecosystem strategically to prioritize activities to achieve the highest patient impact.Continuously learn and grow through open and productive feedback while delivering on executional excellence and upholding compliance, ethics, and safety standards.Deliver on executional excellence and act as a guardian for high standards of compliance, ethics, and safety.Who you are:You hold a university Degree in a Science Based Program and/or proven experience in life sciences or health care system sector.You have an understanding of the pharma / IVD, health care system environment
