Asian global leading manufacturer, developer and distributor of medical devices requieres:Medical devices Junior logistic CoordinatorPosition Summary: Support the coordination of logistics according to the corporate policies and to the national and international legislations, in order to deliver the products to the customers in LATAMMain Accountabilities:Follow up shipmentsSend shipping instructions and commercial invoice to the supplier according to customer guidelinesFollow up all communication with customer regarding their shipment and communication with suppliers to ensure shipment at agreed timesBillingProcess Purchase Orders (SAP)Check the products availability dateDownloadinga report from the system, which indicates the estimated delivery dates and checking the information with the suppliersCreate an Order Confirmation (AO Acknowledge Order)RequirementsDesirable Importante empresa in logistics of medical devices or similarStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlinesBachelor?s degree in oreign Trade or International relationsTravel may be required business dictatesWe offerVery competitive compensationBenefits superior to those established by lawInternational growth and continuous training
