A Medical Health Specialist provides remote medical, administrative, and documentation assistance for pediatric patients in the state of Florida.Responsibilities:Request, review, and update electronic medical records (ER visits, hospitalization, immunization records).Complete medical forms: prescriptions, referrals, medical equipment requests.Schedule medical appointments.Notify patients about lab results and/or imaging studies.Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge:Medical terminology knowledge required.Good judgment, organizational ability, attention to detail, and the ability to be self-motivated.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-stress and fast-moving environment.Excellent computer and phone skills.Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Additional Information:Productivity bonus based on productivity metrics.Location: Monterrey, N.L, Mexico.Paid training.Mandatory legal benefits.The Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
