Medical Information / Customer & Technical Support SRGRUPO STTWe are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to work with and across all functional areas of the company to resolve customer issues and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Resolve problems with customers via telephone, email, or chat sessions using basic technical product knowledge and interpersonal skills.Communicate basic technical solutions to customers using effective communication, listening, and comprehension skills.Provide mentoring, training, documentation, and tools to other Support Engineers to enable them to perform support activities.Provide highly technical end-user support to clients via telephone, chat, and ticketing system.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as technical support/support engineer/customer support or in a similar role.Experience in providing support activities for Windows-based products.Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
