The role involves developing and maintaining standard response documents, presentations, and managed care materials for global use, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations while reviewing promotional and medical content. The Specialist collaborates with internal teams to align training and labeling materials with medical standards, represents Medical Affairs at conferences, gathers competitive intelligence, and manages vendor and stakeholder relationships to support effective communication strategies.Responsibilities:Respond to HCP, patient, and caregiver inquiries with accurate medical information, document cases, and triage adverse events or product complaints.Develop and maintain standard response letters (SRLs) and FAQs for Medical Information databases.Serve as a core medical reviewer for promotional materials, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective cross-functional collaboration.Lead the creation and update of AMCP product dossiers and payer-focused resources to support market access.Develop and harmonize slide decks for US Field Medical use in collaboration with global teams.Train and mentor new Medical Information Specialists, fellows, and Medical Affairs staff.Contribute to labeling updates and guidance as part of the extended labeling committee.Plan and staff Medical Affairs booths at national/international conferences and report insights to internal teams.Qualifications:PharmD degree a must; advanced degree a plus1-2 years of previous hospital, clinical or community pharmacy experience a must; (fellowship or residency will apply); working knowledge of FDA regulations regarding drug promotion and dissemination of product and medical information.
