This role provides medical expert advice, supports the development and promotion of new products, and stays informed on scientific trends and competition. You will maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and provides medical training to local teams.- Compliance & Medical Expertise: Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and provide medical expertise for product development and promotion, maintaining in-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and products.- Strategic Leadership: Serve as the Local Medical Affairs expert in therapeutic areas, co-leading Brand/Launch Teams to develop and execute strategies aligned with local medical initiatives.- Operational Excellence: Develop and review medical materials, ensure scientific accuracy, and manage the TA-specific medical budget while collaborating with the MAP team for product access strategies.- Data Generation & Dissemination: Lead local medical studies, manage the publication process, and present local study findings at internal meetings.- Stakeholder Engagement: Train healthcare professionals, maintain relationships with key stakeholders, represent the company at medical events, and collaborate with internal and external teams on cross-functional initiatives.**Who you are**:- Work Experience: Preferred clinical or clinical research experience in the therapeutic area; a minimum of 4 years ina scientific or related field; prior experience as an MSL or Medical Advisor; and knowledge of regulatory and clinical issues.- Research Methodology: Required knowledge of clinical research methodology and Good Clinical Practice; in-depth understanding of the discipline to resolve issues effectively
