If you are ready to take on a leadership role in Medical Affairs and contribute to our Diabetes leadership ambition, then read on and apply today for a life-changing career.Position DescriptionAs a Medical Manager Oral Therapies at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and implement the KOL and scientific communication strategy to support our Diabetes leadership ambition.Train and collaborate with marketing, sales, and market access/public affairs teams on pathology and product knowledge.Create and execute the local medical plan, aligned with the Global Medical Affairs strategy. Lead the local Medical strategy and ensure launch excellence and implementation of pre-launch activities.Disseminate scientific messages to the HCP community through medical education programs, as well as attend national and international congresses and events to stay updated on the latest developments in the field.Manage the pre-launch budget and cost centers for Diabetes Medical Affairs.Plan, track, and report additional budget related to new projects in Diabetes Medical Affairs.Required QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:A Medical Degree with medical residency (desirable).Fluent English language skills.Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Manager.Experience in Diabetes or other metabolic chronic diseases within the pharmaceutical industry (desirable).Experience in implementing medical plans for new product launches.About the departmentThe Diabetes Therapeutic Area at Novo Nordisk is responsible for the oral diabetes portfolio.
