Job description
- UPbook Concierge Remote Desk Agent will be responsible for the following, but not limited to the following tasks.
- Call Center softphone management
- Run Multiple Screens and programs at the same time
- High Level of Customer Service Phone Skills with maintaining a 4+ on Q&A performed daily
- Scheduling Appointments in various software and for up to 50 different practices
- Obtaining Client Records for New Clients
- Take Rx refills Requests and submit them to Pharmacy
- Call "No shows" for New Appointments
- Call to fill your appointment book when spots open up
- Reactivation Appointments
- Live Texting Management
- UPbook Support Live Chat
Minimum Qualifications:

- **must be fluent in the English language**:

- At least six months work experience in Veterinary/ Dental/ Optometry
- This will be your exclusive work and focus
- Self-starter, fast learner, and reliable
- must have stable internet
- must be willing to adapt
- must be flexible
- must be able to adhere to EST zone
- Must be able to pass the assessment
- Have a headset and computer
- need to have a VPN before being hired

Pay: From $81.73 per hour

**Experience**:

- Veterinary/Optometry/Dental/Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Telemedical/Healthcare Services: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical Support/Hospital/ Clinic/Diagnostic: 1 year (preferred)
- Personal Assistant/Secretary/Scheduler/Appointment Setting: 1 year (preferred)
