Coordinate their appointments with other providers and follow ups or procedures in our center.Tracking and documenting client medical information.Follow up on patients and schedule appointments if needed.Scheduling surgical procedures.RequirementsFluency in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related field (preferred).Prior experience in customer service (ideal healthcare).
