**Requirements**:
- Three to five years medical experience
- Good social skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others
- Ability to lead change within work groups and departments
- Demonstrates creative and critical thinking
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Education and Training
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree required
- Board certification in a medical specialty required, preferably in occupational medicine. Board certification in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and family medicine are also acceptable.
- Valid medical license

- Licenciatura en Medicina con Título y Cédula
- Indispensable contar con registro SSA
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en medicina laboral.
- Manejo de Normas Oficiales Mexicanas, Ley Federal de Trabajo y Ley de Seguro Social (deseable)
- Deseable Ingles intermedio
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos. Esquema 6 dias de trabajo x 1 descanso (Jornada 8 horas)
- Trabajo en Equipo y Enfoque a resultados.
