Purpose Statement: A site-level position, providing direct support to the health of employees and driving all EHS initiatives. Key Job Accountabilities:Compliance with laws and regulations of the medical service.Medical examinations for employees exposed to risk agents at work.Updating and developing medical department procedures.Providing medical care to employees.Supervising medical staff. Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of a Doctor title with a professional identity card is required; a Master's degree is preferred.Two (2) years of related experience is required; three (3) or more yearsof related experience is preferred. Other Qualifications:Intermediate decision-making and problem-solving skills.Discretion and knowledge of privacy policies.Ability and willingness to work in a matrix team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects.Ability to facilitate and lead meetings.Computer skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and internet-based systems.Familiarity with general office equipment and materials.
