We're looking for the next Membership Sales Specialist to join us at Landing!
In this role, you'll work with our New Member Team to contact potential leads, bring in revenue by closing memberships and reservations, build strong relationships, and make sure prospective members have a world-class experience.
About the Role: As a Membership Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for helping grow our new member base.
You'll do this by prospecting inbound and outbound leads, closing new memberships, and creating reservations.
Your tasks will include explaining Landing's products and value to potential members, answering their questions, and guiding them through the sales process.

What you'll do in a typical week: Contact New Members: Prospect potential members (inbound and outbound) who fit Landing long-term.
Guide Prospects and Communicate Value: Present potential members our value offer and explain how our properties and products fulfill their needs and solve their problems Build Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term connections with our members.
Billing: Answer simple questions members might have about billing.
Manage Dates: Make sure move-in and move-out dates are accurately booked.
Resolve Issues: Work with other team members to address any issues or concerns from new members or the New Member Team.
Who you are: You are focused, goal-oriented and consistently exceed your sales targets.
You work well independently and thrive under pressure with proper guidance.
You are motivated and responsible, eager to grow your sales career in a fast-moving startup.
What you know: Fluent English.
Proficient use of CRMs Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 2 years of experience in remote sales or customer service - preferably in B2C industries.
