Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions, is seeking an experienced Memory Circuit Design Engineer to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products, such as row hammer mitigation circuits. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with international design and verification teams, contributing to the creation of groundbreaking silicon-to-systems solutions.Key responsibilities include designing and verifying digital and analog circuits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that designs meet or exceed quality and reliability standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related experience and a strong understanding of memory design and digital design principles.Responsibilities also include:Crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits for memory productsCollaborating with design and verification teams worldwideEnsuring design quality and reliability through thorough verification processesProactively soliciting guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve design qualityWe offer a competitive salary of $115,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience.
