As a key player, you will be responsible for driving the development of advanced memory technologies and solutions.About the Role:Dive into designing and verifying high-density memory chips with cutting-edge functionality, ultra-high speed, and advanced low power technology.Utilize your expertise to evaluate designs at chip or block level, providing insightful solutions.Collaborate closely with global design teams to ensure the success of our projects by applying verification tools and techniques.Your Key Responsibilities:Fully comprehend design datasheets and circuit design in detail.Develop patterns and regressions to increase function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, and lead bug tracking.Mentor junior engineers and own design projects.What We're Looking For:Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design.Experience in mixed-signal verification and analog/digital simulation tools.Familiarity with System Verilog, UVM methodologies, and scripting languages like Python and Perl.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
