About MicronWe are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.Our relentless focus on customers, technology leadership, and manufacturing and operational excellence enables us to deliver a rich portfolio of high-performance DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products through our Micron and Crucial brands.Every day, the innovations that our people create fuel the data economy, enabling advances in artificial intelligence and 5G applications that unleash opportunities - from the data center to the intelligent edge and across the client and mobile user experience.Job DescriptionThis role is part of our design verification team, working with state-of-the-art memory technologies to develop advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.As a Memory Technology Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and verifying high-density memory chips with complicated functionality, ultra-high speed, and advanced low power and power management technology.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Fully understand the design datasheet and study circuit designs in detail, understanding functionality and timing requirements.Develop patterns and regressions to increase function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, manage bug tracking, and close coverage.Collaborate with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to solve verification difficulties.Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with emphasis on VLSI design and/or verification.Fluent understanding of CMOS circuit design and analog simulation methodology and tools (HSPICE, PRIMESIM).Familiarity with digital simulators (Verilog) and methodologies (UVM).Good programming fundamentals, preferably with knowledge in Python programming.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Work experience in DRAM memory-related fields is a plus.Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
