We partner closely with teams across the company including Content Acquisition, Content Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build and manage delightful and relevant experiences that leverage both algorithmic machine learning and editorial curation - making it easy for users to get the best entertainment experience possible from their Roku devices.About the RoleThe Merchandising Manager, International will be a key member of The Roku Channel's international team. In this role you will help develop, execute, and drive the content merchandising and editorial curation across international markets (Mexico and LatAm region), for AVOD and FAST content. Ideal candidates are strongly analytical, innovative, and creative problem solvers, with excellent project management, interpersonal and communication skills—critical to working successfully across multiple time-zones. This role will also contribute meaningfully to our overall strategy and roadmap—including the development of new concepts in merchandising, product features, content verticals, and tooling. Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and having a foundational understanding of the Mexican and international content ecosystem is required. This role will be based in Mexico City and report to the International Merchandising Lead
