**The Role**
We are looking for an **Merchant Growth** **Jr Manager**to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.
In this role at Clip, the individual will be responsible for expanding part of our existing portfolio of SMB merchants.
This will involve leading a team to ensure the effective implementation of our commercial strategy, driving high productivity, and increasing sales through Clip.
**What**will I be doing?
**
- Lead and manage a team focused on expanding and developing the merchant portfolio.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and performance via CRM metrics
- Implement and execute the commercial strategy to drive growth and increase sales for the assigned segment.
- Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure high productivity and achievement of targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, offering support and identifying new business opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Identify trends, competitor activity, customer needs in order to give valuable feedback to product
- Provide regular reporting on team performance, targets progress, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, risk and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a business area like: Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- At least 5+ years of experience.
- Proven success in Account Management and massive campaigns
- Proven experience in payments industry
- Strong understanding of fintech industry trends, products, and services, including payment solutions and digital payment processing
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) for managing merchant relationships and sales processes.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with pipeline management and productivity measurement
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
