Job Description**Responsibilities for IT Engineer**Provide support to our internal customers including weekly on-call responsibilities- Provide guidance and recommendations for system configuration and to resolve technical issues.- Review and analyze system logs- Work with stakeholders including the Digital Manufacturing, Data and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues.- Break down business rules, common-reusable artifacts and follow best programming and deployment practices.Assist with updating technical literature and user guide documents.- Interface with internal customers, participate in design session meetings, offer technical solutions, and serve as the MES IT primary contact for multiple RA plants.- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.- Create custom reports to satisfy end user requirements**Qualifications for IT Engineer**- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment utilizing agile methodology- Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.Experience in Manufacturing environment.- Experience with relational SQL databases, including MS SQL and Oracle.- Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL language- Knowledge of TSQL language- Working knowledge of Java and JavaScript programing language- Working knowledge of.Net technologiesLI-JAAM01
