Job DescriptionDesign, implementation and support of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).Analysis and documentation of the production processes and its interrelationships.Elaboration of the specification together with all process participants such as production, quality and PI as well as external service providers.Reviewing offers from the service providers for the specified functions.Testing, release and implementation of the new functions.Troubleshooting during the introductory phase.Contact person in case of problems.Documentation and implementation of identified improvements.QualificationsEngineering Degree, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial or similar.Experience in working with SAP ERP, SAP ME, SAP DM or any other Manufacturing Execution System.Experience in the analysis of production processes and documentation with standard methods.Experience in the introduction of software on the shop floor.Experience in the field of production and logistics or production near IT.Training people and leading change processes.Good communication skills and open to work in a global team.Advanced English skills.Company DescriptionContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
