Adaptability and collaboration are key components to effectively achieving project objectives and meeting defined timelines.Be prepared for occasional travel to client sites in order to gain an in-depth understanding of client processes and formulate strategic solutions and quick fixes.Convert business requirements into robust, compliant, and effective documentation.Coordinate with peers and internal customers to ensure MES Implementation aligns with business requirements during user acceptance testing.Develop validation test cases and perform testing to ensure quality control and assurance.Develop and provide comprehensive operational and technical training. Train site users and Business SMEs to effectively use our solutions.Provide technical and functional support to user groups to address day-to-day issues.Offer on-call support for emergency system issues to ensure minimal disruption to internal customer operations.Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot both routine and complex issues, providing swift and effective solutions to support internal customers.Exhibit strong leadership qualities including coaching, conflict resolution and providing exceptional service to customers.Participate in BD and proposal preparation
