**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Metallurgical Engineer located in Ramos Arizpe, COA. The Metallurgical Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and testing metals, conducting failure analysis, and developing corrosion prevention strategies.
**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Metallurgy, Materials Science, and Corrosion Prevention
- Experience in conducting failure analysis
- Excellent communication and report writing skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries is a plus
- Availability to roll shifts
