.**Summary of the Job**:The METHODS ENGINEER is the on-site focal point for the issues linked to manufacturing processes.**Requirements**:Professional with +5 years of experience in Purchasing within the Aerospace or a similar industry.Advanced English level, full conversational profficiency.Advanced negotiation skills.SAP System knowledge.**Essential Functions**:Focal Point OnSite for Manufacturing ProcessesDeploys and checks the manufacturing processes deployment on the site.Updates and releases the Methods Instructions which have been allocated to him/her according to the customers' requirements and internal requests.Proposes improvements on the processes that are used on his/her site.Improves and participates inimprovement projects on existing processes.Ensures technical support to the site quality during processes' audits.Can realize some tests and tests report associated to validate: new components, a component after a supplier change, the conformity of a components' batch after a supplier quality alert, a new equipment/machine deployed onsite.Ensure OnSite Technical SupportEnsures technical support for the Manufacturing, Quality on site for the points relative to Methods (reply to the DI and QR emitted by the site).In this frame, brings technical support and clarifications to explain the INME dispositions.Can draft technical notes to precise/clarify a technical point pending the INME update.Brings tecchnical expertise when NC products are sent back by customer or NC spotted in manufacturing.Progressive takeover of the following activities depending on resources capacity.Can ensure training of the Manufacturing trainers onsite.**Reporting Lines**:She/He will report solid line to the NPI Coordinator.**Key Skills and Personal Characteristics**:Confident with Excel.Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding soslutions).Able to analyze and explain clearly a problem.SAP System knowledge (would be great).French language knowledge (would be great).**About the Company**:**The purpose of Latecoere issimple**: serving aerospace withinnovativesolutions forasustainable world.
