**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**
- Perform measurement of times and movement studies to update 5 standard work documents
- Update standard when there are improvements/changes in the areas
- Update capacity sheets (PQPR)
- Notify data engineer updates on std to keep routing aligned
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**
- Update machine capability and production rate in capacity sheet.
- Maintain and improve current manufacturing processes to produce parts to specification.
- Promotes the company´s vision by actively supporting Eaton´s ethics and values as well as quality polices.
- Motivate employees to maintains high level of satisfaction, productivity and quality
- Active participation on detection of continuous improvement events to increase productivity.
- Utilize STW to achieve plant goals
- Train and inform cell technicians on updated standards
- Train and educate operators to optimize use of new transfer equipment
- Comply with the requirements of the Quality System.
- Champion multidisciplinary teams in activities related to standardization
- Lead, facilitate and coordinate production activities and resources according to established proactive and/or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery or quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Active Participation in 8D, 3R, Kaizen

**Qualifications**:
**_ SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Administrator Engineer or Industrial Engineer.
- 2-3 Years' experience manufacturing or engineering environment, ideally in the automotive industry
- English language at a conversational level required.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office Suite, Outlook, ERP Oracle, Scads System, CAD.)
- Internal Auditor
- Methods studies expertise
- ERP Oracle
- Projects launching.
(Introduction of new Part numbers, models, products, etc.)
