Job Description
Based on compliance with the instructions and requirements described in SAESA's quality and safety management systems, manufacturer's manuals (OEM), as well as customer specifications and the standards of the applicable regulatory authorities, the Industrialization engineer has the following responsibilities:
Design, modify, optimize and validate the production or repair methods of aeronautical components processed at SAESA.
Develop the capacity and performance of the workshop regarding engine maintenance and repair activities.
Write and keep updated the work documents necessary to carry out the different procedures for disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, assembly and testing of modules, submodules, accessories and parts within the SAESA capabilities list.
Lead and coordinate with all areas of Safran and external suppliers the implementation of new industrial processes and repairs.
Complementary Description
Verify the requirements, and their updates, of the OEM manufacturer's and customer manuals.
Develop working documents (inspection sheets, service orders, registration sheets, work instructions, etc.).
Keep technical documentation updated in accordance with the latest revision of manufacturer and customer manuals.
Continuously improve the processes already validated with a global view of the final result and the impact over other processes.
Pilot industrialization in all its stages through a multidisciplinary team using the standards of the Safran industrialization process.
Perform the risk analysis and control plan for all new industrializations and major changes required for validated processes.
Assure that all the industrializations and changes are consulted, verified and validated with the different actors at SAESA.
Participate in industrialization projects of the Safran Aircraft Engines MRO Network.
Job Requirements
