Join us as Methods & Process Industrial QA Engineer certified NDT level II, and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in Sahagun, MX.
Partner with Process Industrial Quality Manager (PIQ) to design and deploy Quality Control Plan to support an external demerit at 0 for Alstom Customer and the ZERO DEFECT PROGRAM.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams.
- Manage Quality activities related to digital tools: GSI, QES & AOS.
- Deliver training for Quality teams to Industrial Quality Standards.
- Manage activity related to car history book (Traceability, configuration,).
- Perform Workstation audits planning, ensure follow-up & management of relevant action plans.
- Manage when needed the metrology activity and monitor external provider of calibration.
- Manage the quality methods team if relevant.
- Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.
- You are graduated from Technical and/or Quality and/or Engineering degree
- You have advocate & leverage digital capabilities
- Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level
- Emerging management experience
- 5 years experiences in Industrial Project management or equivalent
- Quality auditor experience
- Technical mastering of railway products
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- International mindset & fluent in English.
- Knowledgeable in Data analytics, and savvy with ERP & data visualization
- You are autonomous
