- Ensure that processes comply with customer specifications
- Machining Cell Release
- Performing Capability Studies
- Calibration of measuring instruments according to standards
- Compliance with the IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standard
- Performing Calibration Instructions
- Dimensional verification supplier parts
- Management of measurement equipment.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**
- Analyze to release material (parts).
- Control dimensioning of parts from different areas of the plant.
- Analyzes R & R studies
- Analyzes and control PPAP's according with measurement.
- Prepare equipment calibration and measurement control.
- Maintain system current (calibration of measuring equipment).
- Provide training personnel to use and care measuring equipment.
- Provide service related to SPC for the different areas.
- Control audits process and production processes.
- Promotes the company's mission by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.
- Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.
**Qualifications**:
**_ SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**
- Technician Level or related fields required.
- Thorough knowledge of statistics & statistical process control, including gauge repeatability & reproducibility studies
- Computer literacy, including spreadsheets, statistical programs, database maintenance & CAD
- Thorough knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerance (GD&T) principles
- Proficiency in problem solving & quality techniques including:
- SPC
- PFMEA
- PPAP
- 8-D problem solving
- APQP
- MSA
- Capability Analysis
- 2 years' experience in similar area.
- Knowledge about IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standard and EQMS
- Knowledge related quality system documentation.
- Knowledge in dimensioning equipment.
- Knowledge software
- Knowledge in calibrate and dimensioning equipment.

ISO / AS / TS) and where applicable other Industry related standards including specific customer requirements.
