In this role you will support product and process quality through the coordination of metrology laboratory and supplier quality administration to guarantee our customer requirements.Role Responsibilities:- Responsible of Metrology laboratory, internal & external calibration, and verification schedule.- Coordinate tests and dimensional layouts within the metrology laboratory.- Coordinate incoming area, development of methods and validations for raw material.- Lead nonconformance reports to suppliers.
Lead and follow up containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and poor-quality cost reimbursement.- Perform audits, including closing findings, creating results reports, and determining appropriate corrective and preventive actions.- Responsible of SPPAP validation for raw material / components.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of incoming quality inspectors.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field- 3 years of Quality and Metrology experience- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949- Strong computer skills-Microsoft Office- Conversational EnglPreferred Qualifications:- Core Tools knowledge.- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025- Certified ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 auditor.- Problem solving training (8D, DMAIC, PDCA, A3).Careers | Donaldson Company, Inc.To verify that the communication is from Donaldson.Our policy is to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified persons without regard to race, gender, color, disability, national origin, age, religion, union affiliation, sexual orientation, veteran status, citizenship, gender identity and/or expression, or other status protected by law.
