Metrology Technician

The Metrologist is in charge of the dimensional validation of tools and parts or components that are produced in the company.Responsibilities:Analyze part drawings of parts and/or components to be dimensionedDevelop programs in coordinate measuring machineAnalyze products and/or components made in the companyGenerate final reports for PPAPPrepare matrix for final report of dimensional inspection based on part drawingTrain personnel in the use of measuring equipmentAdditional Tasks:Development of programs for coordinate measuring machines (CMM)MSA studies, RR attributes, RR of variables, MSA of destructive tests.Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world's most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing.
