Parker has increased its annual dividends paid to shareholders for 63 consecutive fiscal years, among the top five longest-running dividend-increase records in the S&P 500 index.**Position Summary**Provides accounting Services and help assure internal controls for 3 Business Units and 2 Maquila Operations.**Responsibilities**- Working in monthly Closing, journal entries and correspondence to various plants and departments.- Various monthly & quarterly account reconciliations and analysis interaction with Shared Services.- Ensure company compliance with our internal controls based on Parker Policies and- Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).- Budget review and analysis.- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.- Applies continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems.- Represents Controllership and the organization on specific projects.- Contributes to team effort through cross-functional or project team responsibilities and continuous improvement projects.** Qualifications**< ** Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or equivalent.- Graduated 1 - 2 years from now.- Average Grade from University of 8.5 or higher.- Proficient in English (Oral expression and Written).- Knowledge in General Accounting.- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to handle many tasks at a given time and work effectively with others in a team environment** Language Tags
