Mex Field Service Engineer Jr

Sumary position: Provide support to all G & W products, installed to national customers according to the guidelines established by the SALES process.
*position for MEXICO CITY*

Activities:

- General support in the tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Preparation of repair quotes for various national clients.
- Visits to clients.
- Technical support on installed GW equipment
- Review and Diagnosis of Equipment with field failure
- Support in the development of technical guides for error diagnosis or equipment start-up.
- Support to the Sales department

**Requirements**:
Education: Industrial, electrical, electromechanical or related engineer.
- Experience: At least 1 year in industry.
- Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical equipment (desirable high voltage)
- Customer Support
- Negotiation
- Office parcel
- Advanced English
- Availability of work at night, rest days and / or holidays
- Availability to travel within the National territory and LATAM
- ISO 9001,14001,45001 training
- Knowledge of applicable environmental and safety legislation
- Education for risk identification and analysis
