Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Just-In-Time, Demand Flow, Single Piece Flow, 5'S, Visual Management, Total Productive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, Statistical Process Control (SCP), Six Sigma and Communication Tools, Statistical Problem Solving, ISO.
Good understanding of financial metrics and Lean metrics.
**Position Summary**
Develop and implement procedures for materials handling. Anticipate and respond to current and future demands through planning. Communicating with functional and operational leaders to ensure material levels and flow meet production needs. Responsible for inventory control and material flow system, from the acquisition of raw materials to the delivery to final customer. Leads, directs, evaluates and develops a team of materials management staff, and ensures alignment with objectives and activities with the Division and Group.
**Responsibilities**

Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electric engineering or Administration,
3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership position managing production and materials control functions.
Experience in production and supply chain control.
Certification in APICS CPIM is a plus.
Experience in projects focused on reducing inventories, and/or delivery times.
Management of Lean Tools and improvement processes.
Advanced English.
**Qualifications**
Supply Chain (Planning, Purchase of raw materials, Import, Receipt, Stockroom, Packaging, Shipping and export of Finished Materias)
Working as a team with Operation Leaders.
Customer Support and Interfice to US Sites on all materials, planning and shipping Issues.
Analysis and continuous improvement of production planning and control processes and procedures.
Team development and training for the supply chain related position to run an assembly and Testing site.
Develop metrics and reports on a regular basis.
Design and implementation of strategies to reduce delivery time of our products (Value Stream Mapping); Balancing of the flow of material through the site. (Decrease Lead Time)
Monitors that frequent Cyclical Inventories are carried out to ensure the reliability of our Inventory System.
Ensures that information is synchronized across applicable databases. (AMAPS, RS600, SAP, etc.)
Promotes and ensures a strong Materials Handling culture; so that our material does not suffer from damage, misplacements, or any other reason that causes negative adjustments in the system.
Planning, execution and review of annual Physical Inventories.
