**Position Summary**
Manage and assign material and human resources for the proper functioning of the tool workshop, tool warehouse, machinery and production equipment, as well as buildings and facilities.
Responsible for the supervision of the activities of the tool workshop, tool warehouse, corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery and production equipment, as well as maintaining buildings and facilities in optimal conditions.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop TPM system including preventive-predictive maintenance programs for machinery, equipment, tooling and facilities
- Supervise and coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and productive equipment, service equipment, buildings and facilities, analyze failures and make arrangements so that it does not happen again or reduce the frequency.
- Control the available resources for the execution of maintenance work.
- Coordinate general plant and office services
- Plan activities that allow the reduction of unplanned stoppages, thus achieving an increase in productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate the output of non-hazardous and hazardous waste/waste generated in the plant, ensuring its final disposal.
- Coordinate and control payments for electricity, natural gas, drinking water and wastewater discharges to the municipality.
- Supervise and control the activities of the tool shop staff,
- Monitor and control the activities of tool warehouse personnel
- Monitor and control spare parts warehouse staff activities
- Supervise and control the activities of mechanical, electrical and electronic maintenance personnel.
- Keep the quality program documents in order.
- Promoting a culture of zero accidents
- Coordinate staff training programs

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's Degree Maintenance Industrial Engineer, Electric, Electronic, Mecatronic or similar.
- Level of English: Bilingual
- Solid knowledge (Maintenance, PLC, Industrial Safety, Machines and tools, CNC and conventional machines.)
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
