**Position Summary**

Responsible for developing strategies to increase sales and profits while providing premier customer service to the customers, distributors and field sales people

**Responsibilities**

Works closely with others to ensure product line has promotion, pricing, and channel needed to be successful

Implements product line growth strategies

May support others in the development of these strategies

Supports the creation of necessary marketing communication for the product line

Researches market needs for innovative products and support Engineering to understand how to prioritize product development efforts

Conducts basic market research through trade associations, internet investigation and Corporate services

Supports sales and distributors as required to drive sales of the product line and maintain premier customer service position

Supports Winovation new product development team for products in discovery and at or beyond stage 2

**Qualifications**
- Industrial, Mechanics, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- +3 years experience
- Interpretation of Plans
- Hydraulic and Pneumatic Diagrams
- Advanced English (C1)
