**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage human resources.
- Material resources and equipment to comply with production programs.
- Improve manufacturing processes and actively participate in the decision making of Engineering.
- Quality and Production Control.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Industrial, manufacturing or mechanical Engineering.
- Bilingual English 80%
- 3 years of proved experience in similar position (desirable automotive).
- To Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in silver induction welding
- Experience on safety, cost, quality and productivity improvements in the manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of engineering, quality and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in the use of risk assessment and risk prevention Tools (PPAPS, AMEF).
- Proficiency in Statistical Quality techniques and Leading improvement projects.
- Understands AQL Levels and sampling plans.
(Calipers, height gauge, Indicators, micrometers).
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills (8D, Pareto, Ishikawa, 5 whys).
- Schedule availability.
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
