Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all.****Position Summary****Responsibilities**- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods nationally and internationally, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.- Supervise and track the movement of goods, ensuring their status and timely updating of tracking systems.- Collaborate closely with the Import-Export Compliance department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.- Solve any problems or delays in transportation, implementing effective solutions to minimize impacts on delivery.- Constantly analyze and optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.- Create management reports on the status of deliveries, transportation costs and performance analysis.- Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operation.- Management and administration of invoice payments of carriers and logistics providers.- Management and administration of payment of invoices from customs brokers.- Sending documentation to customs brokers for import and export clearance.- High experience in CCP management (Bill of Lading Complement) to send to customs brokers for clearance and leadership capacity to coordinate with the internal areas updating and maintenance of SAT code and weights of the master catalog of items.- 100% control of the waybills of lading (Air, sea and land) versus intercompany charges (CASS) and direct supplier charges.- 100% positioning of transport in customs for imports (Sea, Land and Air)- Ability to quote international freight rates of machinery and equipment Door to Door.- Process the quality/mill certificates with the corresponding suppliers, for the processing of automatic notifications**Qualifications****Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in international trade or similar- Level of English: Bilingual level - C1- Subject matter expert:- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transport, or traffic roles, preferably in an international environment.- Proven experience in negotiating and managing contracts with carriers and logistics service providers.- Solid knowledge of national and international transportation regulations.**PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS**- Organized- Effective communication- Costumer focus.- Results oriented.- Problem solving- Leadership skills
