**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- You will have to supervise the current family based immigration process (K1, Adjustment of Status, spousal and dependent child sponsorship) in the company.- You will have to stay current with the USCIS immigration rules, regulations, and forms.- You will have to work in collaboration with staff located in different locations, manage different time zones, participate in online meetings, and document your work daily.- You will have to present solutions to complex immigration problems including preparing responses to Request for Evidence (RFE), Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), etc.- You will have to maintain organized case files, and respond to client requests timely.- You will also have to train current paralegal staff working remotely with precise verbal and written communication skills.**Qualifications**:- JD/LLB equivalent degree from Mexico/other jurisdiction.- Valid bar license in good standing in Mexico.- Strong English speaking and writing skills.- Extremely organized and have attention to detail.- Ease with using technology such as Google sheets, Google docs, Google meet, etc.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members on the team.- 3-4 years of experience in US immigration work.**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to draft legal documents effectively- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Experience in litigating immigration cases is a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $83.55 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
