Our company is proud to offer a work environment that fosters growth and excellence in each of our employees.The **Mexico After Hours Operations Support** will be accountable for the company's relationship with the Mexican Carrier partners, clients, and equipment in Mexico on weekends. This would include working with all departments, including customer service, dispatch, maintenance, and planning, specifically in the Laredo TX region and Mexico. This person would be responsible for tracking and tracing and facilitating customs and border crossing coming into and out of Mexico. This person must be well organized, be an excellent communicator, and be able to multitask on a variety of different transactional tasks.**Specific Responsibilities include**:Customer Service / Carrier Operations:- Identification and resolution of all non-routine and time-sensitive issues that occur after regular business hours. You must prioritize each situation (emergency, non-routine, routine) and respond accordingly. The response may require immediate action and involvement of other parties. Areas of responsibility include Dispatch, Planning and Customer Service- Management of all after-hours satellite, telephone and in-person communications for multiple city and highway fleets.- Manage all incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service according to company standards.- Reporting and documenting of all after-hours activity for customer service, planning and driver related issues to the appropriate personnelCustomer Service:- Maintain strong communication with customers, addressing service requests, concerns, and needs.- Provide timely updates on shipment status and communicate any delays.Coordination of Cross-Border Transportation:- Manage and coordinate the movement of loads at the US and Mexico border, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.- Ensuring accurate information is being sent to brokers and customers for crossing documentation. Ensuring brokers are setting up the documentation with correct information.- Bilingual or fluent in Spanish and English.- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.- Knowledge of cross-border logistics, customs procedures, and documentation.- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for route planning and documentation.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Strong decision making and organizational skills.- High school diploma or equivalent
