The Operations Support Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team.
The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, oversee, and evaluate operative strategies to have efficient processes, improve the customer experience, and reduce losses to the institution
- Design strategies that generate improvements
- Review processes, procedures, strategy changes, and capacity plans to ensure productivity, inventory control, and turnaround time according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Oversee all policies and procedures are in place to ensure operations run within the highest quality standards, Fraud and Regulatory Risks are minimized, and customers have a positive experience
- Develop proposals for all initiatives and communicate opportunities and progress against the proposal in a concise and timely manner to senior leadership
- Provide judgements based on analysis of facts and a diverse range of internal and external sources in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations
- Negotiate internally and communicate management report to senior management, recommending next course of action
- Participate in improvement projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with senior line directors to identify opportunities and communicate conclusions and analysis back to senior management

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 24, Series 63,
- Experience in management position related to Operations function
- Experience in Finance or Banking
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred

Summary:

- Assist in the management of the daily operations as directed by the CRS Mexico Region Head and the CRS Americas Business Office Head.
- Act in an inter-face capacity between CRS Regional, CRS Global, CRS Functional teams, EO&T, and other stakeholders in the effective execution of the Corporate Real Estate strategy.
- Responsible for the management and oversight of activities in business planning, space and occupancy, governance and control, and regional administration.
- Program Manage all strategic initiatives in the region with specific focus on the successful execution of divestiture related deliverables.
Reporting to the CRS Mexico Head and matrix to the CRS Americas Business Office Head for management and oversight of activities in:

- Business Planning and Financial Management
- Space and Occupancy Planning
- Governance and Controls Management
- Program Management
- Human Resource Management
- Communication and Relationship Management
- Other Initiatives and Projects (as directed)

Working with the CRS Mexico Region Head and FP&A through a governance framework process, with focus on optimum solutions to maximize efficiencies and value across Occupancy category products and services, which ultimately delivers Business and Shareholder benefit.
Assist in the management of the daily operations as directed by the CRS Mexico Region Head and the CRS Americas Business Office Head.
Act in an inter-face capacity between CRS Regional, CRS Global, CRS Functional teams, EO&T, and other stakeholders in the effective execution of the Corporate Real Estate strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Coordinate Business Planning & Analysis activities in region Financial Management
- Critical Liaison with Global, Regional and Country Finance staff to:

- Develop the regional operating and capital budgets
- Manage routine reporting and forecasting of the regional budgets.
- Support the Region Heads in routine and ad hoc financial reviews and reporting
- Manage the development, maintenance, reporting and review of all productivity initiatives.
Space and Occupancy Planning
- Liaison with the CRS Mexico, Americas regional, and Global Management teams to:

- Develop and manage footprint rationalization plans in region

Governance and Controls Management
- Work with CRS Division, CRS Mexico Region Head, and the CRS Americas Business Office Head on:

- Ownership of CRS region policies and their alignment to global policies
- The management of policy development and implementation
- Policy communication and dissemination

Program Management
- Liaison with the CRS Mexico, Americas regional, and Global Management teams to:

- To oversee the development and implementation of right placement strategies in region.
- To identify, encourage, initiate, and monitor all re-engineering activities to improve efficiencies and/or reduce expenses in the region.
