Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a key program to bring this vision to life.Reporting to the Mexico IBP Change & Learning Lead, the Mexico IBP Change & Learning Manager is part of the Mexico IBP change management project team focused on local deployment. This role supports the IBP C&L Lead to adapt and localize the Global IBP Change toolkit, build and deploy detailed communication and engagement plans, localize and align engagement materials that will manage the Global IBP process change across Mexico, and ensure a smooth transition from current ways of working to the new Global IBP design.Your ImpactSupport Mexico IBP Change & Learning Lead to develop local overall change management plan that ensures a realistic deliverable, as well as sustainable post go live.Refine and complement Global engagement materials as required ensuring stakeholder alignment to change impact assessment and communication by function.Ensure theoretical change management approaches are translated into practical and simple plans and visible for all relevant owners/stakeholders.Engage with communication team and partner on the interlinks between change and communication.Manage Mexico change network to optimize transition to adoption and ensure effective stakeholder engagement and alignment.Own the communication & engagement plan, stakeholder list, change impact analysis
