You will represent Open Digital Services, overseeing all operational aspects, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of quality in the development of our projects involving the local team.- **Strategic Leadership**:Collaborate with Open Digital Services HQ to define the best strategies for the local technology market, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee the implementation of key strategic and transformational programs and ensure they are in line with local requirements. Acting as a decision-maker to achieve objectives and aligning teams to do so.- **Team growth**:Identify opportunities for team growth, both through external partners and internal hires, providing guidance and support to the team, and ensuring alignment of the new joiners with our values.- **Team Development**:Keep the team connected to the business, with both a local and global vision, ensuring effective communication of strategy and objectives. Act as a sponsor of the company culture and make sure that it is embedded in the team.- **Regulatory Compliance**: Act as the legal representative of the company and e nsure local embedding of Corporate Frameworks, internal regulations development, and compliance with local standards and regulations. Escalate issues to relevant bodies of the organization ( e.G. board of directors, executive committee, etc.).- **Country **Oversight**:Maintain a comprehensive view of all teams within ODS in the country, ensuring the smooth running of all business and program activities to achieve global and local objectives. Detect issues and lead solutions, acting as a catalyst for change.- **Stakeholder Management**:Stakeholder management: Represent ODS at country level and manage relationships with the different relevant members of the Group, the Open Digital Services HQ team technology references and regulatory authorities, as well as with relevant external suppliers
